RUSSIA’S STATE-OF-THE-ART SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED ON THE MANUFACTURERS’ PRODUCTS IN GYEONGGI-PROVINCE

The Gyeonggi Local Government decided to collaborate with the Association of Russia’s largest Software Development Companies,Russoft, while pursuing a partnership between Russian companies, which hold advanced source technology, and the businesses in Gyeonggi-province.

And the local government signed strategic partnership agreement with Makarov Valentin, president of “Russoft” at Saint Petersburg in Russia.

The Russoft, which keeps 140 well-known software development companies in the fields such as cyber security, media, finance, aviation(drone), service, telecom, and etc. entitled to membership, is an association ,which exerts the largest influence, in Russia. And there are world-famous anti-virus corporation, Kaspersky, best-aerial-photography professional developer, Geoscan, world leader in intelligent-type document processing solutions, Abbyy, and etc. on the list of membership.

Through the agreement with Russoft, the Gyeonggi Local Government plans to find Russia’s outstanding software developers and to support partnerships and technical cooperation between Russian software companies and SMEs in Gyeonggi-province. Due to the partnership being built this time, the Gyeonggi Local Government plans to build a win-win cooperation platform that combines creative software development capabilities between Russian businesses and SMEs in Gyeonggi-province in the hardware field such as display, terminal, and etc..
And, for this, the local government is also to launch a practical technical cooperation platform channel such as technological exchange and joint R&D project among Russoft, Gyeonggi Local Government and Russian companies.

A policy officer of Innovation Industry of Gyeonggi Local Government said that “the Fourth Industrial Revolution is that the technology for information communication and internet service creates new products and service markets when fused with the technology for authentic manufacturing industry.

Russia possesses world-class technological competitiveness in the field of software development. And we, Gyeonggi Local Government, will spare no effort to help combine these core technologies with the products of our enterprises.“
Markarov Valentin, president of Russoft, said that “I ask for special attention and support from the local government for the development of software cooperation between the Gyeonggi Local Government and Russian companies.“

Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Local Government has ever had an export contract in Moscow by mediating technological alliances between a Russian company with core technology in the field of information and security, Abtomatika, and No.1 company in the domestic market share of the field of automotive data storage device, Loop. The Gyeonggi Local Government will continue to promote the commercialization of Russian technology, in the future, for the mutual cooperation between Russian companies and SMEs in Gyeonggi-province.
