The business agreement for successful Russia's innovation technology commercialization project

• The Gyeonggi Local Government held an opening ceremony for Korean-Russian Technical Cooperation Center, on October,31st, at Erica campus(Entrepreneurship Training Center) of Hanyang University located in Ansan-city and signed an business agreement for the success of Russia's innovation technology commercialization project with Gyeonggi TP, Russian Technology Corporation, Hanyang University, Kaspersky Lab, Hana Financial Corporation and Korean-Russian Business Council.
  Was concluded Mou between two businesses in Gyeonggi-province and two Russian companies for the technology development in the field of radar and software.
• About 150 guests attended this opening ceremony: the Gyeonggi Local Government concerned, ambassadors of Russia and CIS countries, the corporations and economic institutions interested, and etc.. And the ICT forum between Korea and Russia, which the parties in 30 technology companies and Russia's Software Development Association participated in, was in progress.

The Gyeonggi Local Government signed "investment MOU" in R&D with America's HP

• This agreement is based on investment in building a new office building for HP Printing Korea(hereafter HPPK) of America's HP which took over S-Printing Solutions(ex-Samsung Electronics Printer Division) in November, 2017.
• In accordance with the agreement, that the local government shall support various administrations in order to facilitate investment and HP establish business facilities and R&D center, the Gyeonggi Local Government decided to make efforts to revitalize the local economy and to contribute to the community.
• HP is to build a five-story-above-ground-and-four-story-underground R&D center with total project cost of $400 million ,by December,2021, around Godeung-Dong in Seongnam-city, Gyeonggy-province.

• The department of Gyeonggi Investment Promotion introduces "investment environment and major projects" through updated promotional materials used to attract domestic and foreign investment companies, searches for potential ones and actively promotes investment-attracting activities.
  The PR brochure and video is to be translated and distributed into Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese.
